A peer-led sober house takes that role off your shoulders. Three residents serve as rotating peer leaders — a Home Coordinator, a Recovery Support Coordinator, and a House Meeting & Welcome Coordinator. They keep the house running, help residents stay connected to recovery, and welcome new women into the community. Your job goes back to being her family.
What Her Turn provides
- A women-only home — a real house with a pool, patio, and full kitchen in a safe San Antonio neighborhood
- Alcohol- and drug-free environment — the women who live here are committed to sobriety
- Peer leadership — rotating resident leaders coordinate chores, support recovery, and welcome new women. No live-in house manager.
- Owner oversight — Debra personally handles admissions, drug testing, and serious incidents. Residents aren't on their own.
- Independence — she rents her room, manages her own recovery, and builds her own life

- Membership fee: $175/week (utilities included)
- Deposit: $175 intake & cleanup deposit (non-refundable)
- Commitment: No minimum — stay as long as it works
